I’m so grateful for the women who make Arc en Ciel what it is every day.

 

We are all different, we all bring something special, and together we create a place where children feel loved, safe, and supported.

 

We are more than teachers. We are the ones cheering them on, wiping tears, celebrating little victories, helping through hard moments, and watching them grow one small step at a time.

Some days are busy, some days are emotional, some days are pure magic… but through it all, our love for the children keeps us connected.

 

So here’s to the ladies of Arc en Ciel and all the little moments that make this place feel like family.
